X Power
XPOWER equipment is chosen on airflow per dollar and on how many units fit in a vehicle. On a drying job the number of air movers usually matters more than the specification of any one of them, and that arithmetic is what this range is built around.
It covers air movement, air filtration and dehumidification, plus the filters that keep the scrubber compliant.
Air movers include the P-230AT mini at 1/4 hp, the X400 at 0.46 hp, the X600AC at 3/4 hp with clamp, the X800 at 1 hp with clamp, the PL700A low profile at 2400 W, the X-47ATR professional axial fan and the Air Mover 400 multi drying kit. Filtration covers the X-3400 HEPA filtered air purifier scrubber with its thick HEPA, pleated media and carbon filters. Dehumidification is the XD-85LH with primary and secondary intake filters.
How to choose
Low profile goes where standard cannot. A PL700A fits under furniture and against a wall base. On a furnished residential loss that is most of the wet area, which is why low profile units often dry a house faster than more powerful ones.
Stackability is a real specification. How many units fit in the van and how quickly they deploy decides how many jobs a crew covers. Check the footprint, not just the horsepower.
Scrubber filters are staged. On the X-3400 the pleated media and carbon filters protect the HEPA. Running without them shifts the cost to the most expensive element.
Clamps matter on directed drying. The X600 and X800 come with clamps because directing air at a wall cavity or under a cabinet is half of what they are used for.
