Why non-locking matters

A lock-on trigger is useful when you are spraying continuously over a large area. It is a liability when you are applying chemical to a specific spot, because the valve stays open if the operator lets go — which is exactly when they have let go for a reason.

For prespray and spot work, non-locking is the safer choice and the one most operators prefer.

Check the thread

Inlet and outlet are 1/4 inch BSP. A good deal of imported carpet cleaning equipment is NPT. The two threads will start together and will not seal. If you are not certain what your hose and lance use, tell us and we will confirm or supply an adaptor.

Know the pressure limit

Rated to 250 psi. This is a chemical application valve, not a wand valve — a truckmount running 400 to 600 psi will destroy it. For wand valves see the PMF range.

Tell us the gun or valve you are repairing and we will confirm the part before you order.
