The high-pressure hose assembly for Hydro-Force injection sprayers, supplied with its O-ring. It runs from the injector valve outlet to the spray gun.
What to Check Before Replacing It
A hose on this sprayer usually gets replaced for one of three reasons: a weep at a fitting, a bulge or blister in the cover, or damage from being dragged over an edge.
A weep at the fitting is worth investigating before you buy — the assembly is supplied with an O-ring, and a failed O-ring is a much cheaper fault than a failed hose. If the leak stops when the fitting is backed off and reseated, it is the seal, not the hose.
A bulge is not repairable and should be taken out of service immediately. It is a high-pressure line.
