About SpeedClean Bibs
A bib wraps around an installed wall-mounted or cassette air conditioner and channels wash water and chemical into a bucket instead of down the wall. It is what makes it possible to wash an indoor coil properly in an occupied room rather than giving it a token wipe.
When to replace it
A bib fails at the folds and at the drain spout, and it fails by seeping rather than tearing. The first sign is usually a damp patch on a wall you have already cleaned — at which point you are explaining it to the customer. Check the folds when you pack it, not when you unpack it on site.
Other parts for this kit: the replacement bag, the replacement cord, the toggle cord lock and the low tack tape.
Important: Cassette Kit Only
This bib is for the ceiling Mini-Split Cassette Bib Kit (fits cassettes up to 48 in, about 122 cm, wide). It is not the bib for the wall-mounted kits — the standard wall kit uses the MSB-01.
Note that the MSB-01 replacement bag listed above as another part is for the wall-mount kit, not the cassette kit. Whether the cord, toggle and tape are used on the cassette bib is not published by SpeedClean — ask us.
