PMF TeeJet 8002, plastic with stainless steel insert
A flat-fan TeeJet spray tip with a plastic body and a stainless steel orifice insert (PMF H53, size 8002). The plastic keeps cost and weight down, and the stainless insert takes the wear at the orifice.

Fitting
PMF states the H53 TeeJet is used with its H53-TR 3/8 inch cap nut and H53-TT 3/8–1/4 inch housing. CCW does not list those two parts online, so contact us if your tool is missing them.
Jets are consumables
Jets wear, and the wear is difficult to see. A worn jet changes the spray pattern and the flow at the fibre, and the result looks like uneven cleaning rather than a worn part. If the fan has become uneven or streaky and cleaning the tip and strainer does not fix it, replace the jet.
Frequently asked questions
What does 8002 mean?
On standard flat-fan tips the first two digits are the spray angle (80 degrees) and the last two are the flow size code. Replace like for like so flow and coverage stay the same.
Is there an all-stainless option?
Yes. We stock a Spraying Systems stainless steel TeeJet 8002. PMF also lists brass and stainless H53 sizes.
Should I fit a strainer check valve?
PMF lists strainer/check valves for TeeJets (H46 and H46-B). Ask us for the right one for your tool.
