Replacement USB cable for Hygiena SystemSure Plus.
This is the data cable that connects a Hygiena SystemSURE Plus luminometer to a computer, so stored ATP results can be downloaded into Hygiena's SureTrend software rather than copied out by hand.
Fitment
US distributors list the same accessory as the "USB Cable for SystemSURE" and as a replacement "USB smart cable" for the SystemSURE Plus. Because it is described as a smart cable, do not assume a generic USB lead will substitute for it.
Important: the EnSURE Touch sends its results to SureTrend Cloud over Wi-Fi. CCW lists this cable for the SystemSURE Plus only — ask us before ordering it for any other meter.
Get the data off the meter
ATP results are evidence — of a clean handed over, of a surface verified, of a remediation completed. Transcribing them by hand introduces errors into exactly the record you are relying on. Downloading keeps the results as the instrument recorded them, with their timestamps intact.
Cables get lost and they get damaged at the connector. It is a cheap part to keep a spare of when the alternative is a meter full of results you cannot extract.
Looking After It
- Pull on the plug, not the lead, when disconnecting.
- Keep it with the meter case so it travels with the instrument.
- If downloads start dropping out, try the spare before suspecting the meter.

Will it work with the EnSURE Touch?
CCW lists it for the SystemSURE Plus only. The EnSURE Touch syncs over Wi-Fi.
Can I use a phone or printer USB lead instead?
Not recommended. Distributors describe this as a smart cable, and CCW has not tested generic leads with the meter.
