Hydro-Force is the range most cleaners reach for without thinking about it — the sprayer on the van, the cuff on the hose, the quick connect on the wand. It is not glamorous stock, and it is the stock that stops a job when it is missing.

At 250 lines this is the deepest single-brand range CCW carries, and it is deliberately weighted to the consumable end: the parts that get lost, worn or left on site.

The range covers Hydro-Force Pro and Plus injection sprayers with replacement bottles, metering tips and injector repair kits; Flash Cuffs and Swivel Cuffs in 1.5 and 2 inch; premium and Safe Connect quick connects in brass and stainless; the Hydro-Filter inline waste filter; the Xtreme G2 gum removal tool; UV inspection torches, spotting towels, corner guards and shoe covers.

How to choose

Injection sprayers are chosen by dilution, not by size. The metering tip sets the ratio. If you are switching chemistry, check the tip before assuming the sprayer is at fault — most "the sprayer stopped working" calls are a blocked or wrong-ratio tip.

Cuff sizing follows the hose, not the machine. A 2 inch cuff on 1.5 inch hose will leak air and cost lift. Measure the hose, and check whether you need a male, female or swivel end before ordering. The full range is in Vacuum Hose Cuffs & Joiners.

Brass or stainless is a chemistry decision. Brass is fine for general use and costs less. Where you are running acidic rinses or oxidisers regularly, stainless lasts appreciably longer and is worth the difference. Both are in Quick Connects & Valves.

Buy consumables in multiples. Quick connects, cuffs and metering tips are the items that strand a van. A spare set in the toolbox costs less than a return visit.
