Where It Fits on a Job
Klean-Pop provides a personal decontamination shower on remediation and restoration jobs where the scope or site rules call for one — typically set up at the exit of a containment so workers can wash down before leaving the work area. Because the shower head and mixing valve sit on the top frame, equipment can also be moved through the decon area.
CCW makes no claim that Klean-Pop on its own meets any particular Australian code or regulator requirement for a decontamination facility (for example on licensed asbestos removal work). Check your job's requirements for water supply, waste water collection and filtration, and the layout of the decontamination area before relying on it.

Check that all components are present and undamaged before first use.
How to Set It Up
- Place the shower base (A) on the floor.
- Assemble one lower (F), centre (G) and upper (H) pole component to form a complete support pole.
- Insert the assembled support pole into a shower base corner socket.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the remaining three support poles.
- Screw the shower head (E) onto the underside of the shower top (B).
- Place the shower top (B) over the support poles.
- Attach the shower curtains (C) to the shower top (B) using the shower curtain rings (D).
- Attach the water supply hose to the threaded fixture on the shower top (B).
Safe Use
Fiberlock's warnings:
- Always use caution when entering and exiting the shower.
- The floor is slippery when wet.
- Make certain the shower is on a level, flat surface before use.
- Make sure the floor is free of dirt, soap scum and foreign objects before entering.
- If using hot water, check the temperature and adjust the setting before entering.
Before You Buy — Australian Site Checks
- Water connection. The supply thread on the shower top is not stated by Fiberlock. US hose fittings (garden hose thread) do not mate with Australian BSP tap and hose fittings without an adapter — tell us your supply and we will confirm what you need.
- Waste water. The base collects the water, but Fiberlock's instructions do not describe a drain outlet or waste pump. On contaminated jobs, plan how shower water will be collected, filtered where required, and disposed of under your site rules.
- Hot water. Plan the hot water source and check the temperature at the head before anyone steps in.
