Wheels Are a Customer-Facing Part
A portable is wheeled through a customer's house. A wheel with a flat spot, a seized bearing or a lost tyre marks floors and drags on carpet, and it makes the machine harder to control on stairs — which is where most damage to a property happens.
Check the bearing as well as the tyre. A wheel that turns roughly is about to become a wheel that does not turn.

- Measure the wheel diameter. Mytee also makes 6 inch and 10 inch wheels.
- Check the axle diameter. The HP100 uses a 1/2 inch axle.
- Replace in pairs so the machine sits level.
