Important: 4 pin or 6 pin?
CCW also lists a 6 pin DPST rocker switch rated 10 A. Count the pins on the switch you are removing and check the panel cut-out (30 x 22 mm for this switch) before you order.
Why double pole matters on a wet machine
A double pole switch breaks both the active and the neutral. On equipment that operates in water, the circuit is isolated when the switch is off rather than merely not energised through one leg.
Electrical work
Replacing a mains switch inside a 230 V machine is licensed work in Australia. Photograph the wiring before you disconnect anything, and have the machine electrically tested before it goes back into service.
Frequently asked questions
Why is it illuminated?
The light shows the circuit is live, which helps on a dark job and when checking a machine left running.
Will it fit my Steamvac?
It is listed for Steamvac, SV, Whytes, Kanga and Razorback machines. Check the cut-out and pin count against the switch you have.
Razorback parts vary between models and production runs. Tell us the machine and its serial number and we will confirm the part before you order.
