Orbot tee nut for drivers
The tee nut used in the driver assembly of an Orbot machine.

Fitted with the driver plate mounting screw. Tee nuts pull through their seating when repeatedly over-torqued — if a screw will not tighten, the nut is usually the reason rather than the screw.
Identifying the right part
Fasteners and small components change between production runs, and the part on your machine may not match the current drawing. Measure what you are replacing, or photograph it against a ruler, and send that with your model and serial number. It takes a minute and it saves an order that does not fit.

Fitting Advice
- Seat the tee nut fully in its housing before the screw goes in.
- Start the screw by hand so it does not cross-thread.
- Tighten evenly and stop when it is firm. Over-torquing is what pulls tee nuts through their seating.
- If the nut spins in its seat, replace it rather than tightening harder.
