Know the limits of the valve you are repairing
The V120P is rated to 120 psi and to low temperature — PMF specifies 140 °F, which is 60 °C. It is an acetal-bodied valve with a stainless stem and handle, and it is the right valve for low-pressure work.
If the valve has failed because the machine is running hotter or harder than that, a kit will only buy you time. Step up to the V300 at 300 psi or the V1245B at 500 psi and high temperature instead.
