How the HP system works
Injectidry HP is a negative-pressure wall drying system. A blower pulls air out of a wall cavity through a manifold and a set of hose lines; injectors let replacement air in through small holes drilled in the lining. Air moves through the cavity rather than past it, which is the only way to dry a wall without opening it up.
Everything in the range is about maintaining that airflow path. A leak anywhere in the manifold, a capped port left open, or a blocked injector, and the system draws the easy air instead of the air you need moved.
Where the W sits
The Main W is the first split off the blower — one 2 inch connection at the machine becomes three 1.25 inch lines out to the wall. From there the inline manifolds distribute further, and end caps close the runs.
Any unused outlet must be capped. An open port is the path of least resistance and the system will draw room air through it instead of cavity air, which looks like the machine is running and achieves nothing.
Injectidry parts are system-specific — HP and Direct-It use different connections. Tell us which system you run and we will confirm the part before you order.
