Regular price $52,644.49

SKU:750-012-767-KIT

The HydraMaster Titan 375 delivers serious truckmount performance without the premium price tag. Designed for carpet cleaners, restoration contractors and hard surface cleaning professionals, the Titan 375 combines powerful vacuum performance, high pressure capability and simplified maintenance into one compact, highly capable package.

Powered by a 23 HP Briggs & Stratton Vanguard engine and equipped with a Competitor 4005TL tri-lobe blower producing over 350 CFM, the Titan 375 delivers exceptional extraction performance, faster drying times and the versatility to tackle everything from residential carpet cleaning through to tile and grout restoration, flood extraction and hard surface cleaning.

Why professionals choose it

The Titan 375 has been engineered to provide the performance professionals need without unnecessary complexity. Every major component has been selected to maximise reliability, reduce maintenance and deliver long-term value.

The Titan 375 fills the gap between entry-level truckmount's and high-performance commercial units. It offers the airflow, heat and pressure needed for serious professional cleaning while maintaining a compact footprint, simplified maintenance requirements and outstanding value for money.

If you're ready to step up from a portable extractor or replace an ageing truckmount with a machine that can confidently handle carpet cleaning, hard surface restoration and water damage work, the Titan 375 deserves a place at the top of your shortlist.

Key features

Vanguard 23 HP Engine

The 23 HP Vanguard engine provides significantly more power than many truckmounts in its class. Featuring an external oil cooler and commercial-grade design, it delivers excellent reliability, improved vacuum performance and reduced engine stress during long operating hours.

Competitor 4005TL Tri-Lobe Blower

The Titan 375 features a Competitor 4005TL tri-lobe blower producing more than 350 CFM of airflow. The tri-lobe design provides smoother operation, reduced vibration, quieter performance and improved durability while delivering the airflow needed for faster drying carpets and hard surfaces.

Up To 2000 PSI Cleaning Power

Unlike many truckmounts in this price range, the Titan 375 uses a commercial-grade General solution pump capable of producing up to 2000 PSI. This gives operators the flexibility to clean:

  • Residential carpet

  • Commercial carpet

  • Upholstery

  • Tile & grout

  • Natural stone

  • Concrete

  • Luxury vinyl plank flooring

  • Hard surface flooring

with a single machine.

Stainless Steel Heat Exchange System

The stainless steel low-fin-density heat exchanger and thermal accumulator system is designed for durability, reduced maintenance and reliable heat production. The system can generate solution temperatures up to 116°C while being more resistant to corrosion, freezing and scale-related damage than conventional designs.

Hydra-Clutch Flood Extraction System

The integrated Hydra-Clutch allows operators to disengage the solution pump during water extraction work, reducing wear on pump components while improving efficiency during flood and restoration applications.

Built For Easy Maintenance

The Titan 375 has been designed around HydraMaster's "arms-length" service philosophy. Removable panels and simplified component access make routine maintenance faster and easier, reducing downtime and improving serviceability.

Ideal applications

  • Residential Carpet Cleaning

  • Commercial Carpet Cleaning

  • Upholstery Cleaning

  • Tile & Grout Cleaning

  • Stone Cleaning

  • Luxury Vinyl Plank Cleaning

  • Pressure Washing with Waste Recovery

  • Water Damage Restoration

  • Flood Extraction

Where the decision sits. Airflow determines drying time and how far you can run hose. Pump pressure matters for hard surface work — around 1,000 psi is enough to clean tile and grout, so every machine here is capable of it, and higher pressure gives more margin on heavily soiled or textured surfaces. Solution temperature does the cleaning, and a liquid-cooled engine sustains it under continuous load where air-cooled tapers.

On size and weight. Published console dimensions and weights are not measured consistently between models and do not always match the machines as supplied here. Tell us your vehicle and we will confirm the actual figures before you order.

Engine, blower, pump and temperature figures are from HydraMaster’s published documentation. The IN THE BOX package on this page is what Carpet Cleaners Warehouse supplies and differs from HydraMaster’s standard equipment list — ours applies to your order.

Frequently asked questions

Is the package the same as HydraMaster’s standard equipment list?

No. The IN THE BOX list on this page is what we supply in Australia, and it differs from the manufacturer’s standard equipment — hose lengths and tools in particular. Where the two disagree, ours applies. Ask us for written confirmation before ordering if it matters.

What vehicle do I need, and what does the machine weigh?

Ask us. Published dimensions and weights are not measured the same way between models — some are console only, some include the frame — and they do not always match the machines as supplied here. Tell us your vehicle and we will confirm the actual figures.

Who installs it?

We do, or an authorised representative by prior arrangement. Installation covers mounting, exhaust routing, plumbing and electrical, and it is not a job to hand to a general workshop.

There are warranty ramifications if it is installed incorrectly. A machine damaged by a poor installation is not a warranty claim, so arrange the install with us before the machine arrives rather than after.

Does higher pressure mean better cleaning?

Not on carpet. Carpet cleaning happens at relatively low pressure with heat and dwell doing the work. On hard surface, around 1,000 psi is enough to clean tile and grout — higher pressure gives more margin on heavily soiled or textured surfaces and lets you work faster, but it is not what makes the job possible.

Why does airflow matter more than it looks?

CFM at the machine sets recovery at the wand, and recovery sets drying time. It also determines how far you can run hose before performance falls away, which on multi-storey or long-run commercial work decides whether the job is practical.

What warranty applies?

Manufacturer warranty terms vary by component — the 575HP Kubota engine carries a 3 year manufacturer warranty, for example. This does not exclude, restrict or modify your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
