Gaskets are the cheapest parts in the catalogue and the most common reason a repaired machine still will not pull lift. A vacuum system is only as good as its worst seal, and a reused gasket is almost never as good as it was.

This range covers the sealing components across truckmounts and portables — motor gaskets, tank gaskets, cuff O-rings and valve seals.

How to choose

Fit a new gasket every time you fit a motor. The most common reason a freshly replaced vacuum motor still will not pull is a reused gasket that has taken a set. They cost a few dollars.

Thickness is a specification. The Razorback Sandia 6.6 inch motor gaskets come in two thicknesses and they are not interchangeable — the wrong one either leaks or over-compresses the mount.

Buy tank strip by the roll. Waste tank gasket strip is sold on a 13.7 m roll because it is cut to the lid. Buying to length leaves you short at the corner.

Cuff O-rings are consumables. A cuff that will not hold on a hose is usually a perished O-ring, not a worn cuff.
