Overview

Exhaust donut gasket, 1½ inch, listed by HydraMaster as Gasket, Exhaust Donut 1.50".

It seals the exhaust joints in the diverter and muffler run. Exhaust gaskets are a consumable — heat cycling hardens them and they leak. On a truckmount an exhaust leak is both a carbon monoxide risk in the vehicle and a loss of heat to the exchanger.

Where it is fitted

• Exhaust assembly — 2 per machine
• Used with the cast exhaust diverter valve 000-169-045 and the four-hole diverter gasket 000-057-146
• HydraMaster lists it as a suggested spare across four of its truckmount models

Fitting note

Replace both, not one. A new gasket beside a hardened one loads the joint unevenly and the new one fails early.

HydraMaster truckmounts share many components across models and across production years. Part numbers in the CCW catalogue are the HydraMaster part number with the 000- prefix removed — this item is HydraMaster P/N 000-057-177.
