Exhaust donut gasket, 1½ inch, listed by HydraMaster as Gasket, Exhaust Donut 1.50".
It seals the exhaust joints in the diverter and muffler run. Exhaust gaskets are a consumable — heat cycling hardens them and they leak. On a truckmount an exhaust leak is both a carbon monoxide risk in the vehicle and a loss of heat to the exchanger.

Fitting note
Replace both, not one. A new gasket beside a hardened one loads the joint unevenly and the new one fails early.

CCW's own records list two per machine across earlier models. The Boxxer 318HP exhaust assembly shows one. If you are replacing both sides of a joint, confirm the count for your machine before ordering.

Frequently asked questions
How often should exhaust gaskets be replaced?
Whenever the joint is opened. Heat cycling work-hardens them and a reused gasket rarely seals a second time.
Why does an exhaust leak matter more on a truckmount?
Two reasons. It is a carbon monoxide risk inside the vehicle, and it loses heat that should be going to the exchanger.
Can I fit one new gasket and leave the other?
Not advisable. A new gasket beside a hardened one loads the joint unevenly and the new one fails early.
