Why these three
A concrete moisture survey is a large-area job whose output is a decision about laying flooring. The handle makes covering the area realistic, the check plate makes the numbers defensible, and the holster is what keeps the meter on your belt instead of on the slab. Bought separately they are three orders; bought together they are the working kit.

Impedance meters and RH probes are checked differently. An impedance meter is verified against a reference box or plate of known value; an RH probe is verified in a sealed salt chamber at a known humidity. One does not substitute for the other, and a meter that takes RH probes needs both.
