How It Works

Maintenance
The swivel is the wearing part on any rotary tool — a rotating seal carrying pressurised hot solution. A weep at the swivel is a service item rather than a fault, and it can often be rebuilt with the ceramic seal kit (PM036903) instead of replacing the whole swivel.
Operating Advice
- Keep it moving. A rotary tool held still on one spot over-wets and can distort pile.
- Do not run it dry. The swivel relies on solution flow for cooling and lubrication.
- Overlap passes and work back toward an exit.
- Check pressure at the tool, not at the machine. Hose length and fittings take their share.
