PMF V4N trigger valve, 500 psi high temperature
A forged brass valve with stainless stem and handle, rated by PMF to 500 psi and high temperature. CCW lists it as the valve for the HyDry Deluxe tools.

Important — Hide-A-Hose installations
PMF states that a special internal inlet valve must be used when this valve is fitted to a Hide-A-Hose tool. If you are fitting it to a Hide-A-Hose wand, tell us before you order so we can confirm the correct parts.
Service parts
- Repair kit: PMF R1245 repair kit — PMF lists the V4N kit as RV4N; CCW's workshop has confirmed it is the same kit as the R1245
- PMF also lists PTFE (RV4NT), Viton (RV4N-V) and high-pressure (RV4N-HP) V4N kits. Contact us if you need one of those.
- PMF lists a reinforced handle (AC63R) for the V4N.
Frequently asked questions
Is the V4N the same as the V1245B?
They are different valves, but both are 500 psi high-temperature forged brass valves and they take the same repair kit.
My V4N drips. Do I need a new valve?
Usually not. Fit the R1245 repair kit first.
Which kit should I choose for hot or aggressive chemistry?
PMF offers PTFE and Viton versions of the V4N kit. Tell us your application and we will match the kit.
