Identifying the right part
Fasteners and small components change between production runs, and the part on your machine may not match the current drawing. Measure what you are replacing, or photograph it against a ruler, and send that with your model and serial number. It takes a minute and it saves an order that does not fit.

Before You Fit It
- Unplug the machine before removing the motor lid.
- Check the lid sits flat before the screws go in. A lid pulled down by its screws can crack or rattle.
- Start each screw by hand so it does not cross-thread, then snug it up without over-tightening.
- The fan motor cover screw (HOS3023-05) is a different part. Check which one you are replacing.

Orbot does not publish the count. Count the screw holes on your lid and order to suit.
Is this the same as the fan motor cover screw?
No. The fan motor cover screw is listed separately as HOS3023-05. If you are not sure which one you need, send us a photograph of the screw against a ruler.
