Overview
The Dri-Eaz Duct Kit converts the BD2500 (Revolution LGR) from a free-blowing dehumidifier into a ductable one. It fits a rigid duct ring to the machine's process air outlet so lay-flat ducting can be clamped on, letting you deliver the warm, dry air where it is actually needed — a closed room, a wall cavity, a subfloor, or a piece of specialty drying equipment.
Installation takes about a minute with a Phillips screwdriver, using the fasteners supplied.

Dri-Eaz also list this kit for the PHD200. It is a Revolution-family fitting and is not a universal duct collar — it does not suit other dehumidifiers in the range.
Which ducting to order
The kit ships with two 3 m lengths. That is enough to prove the setup and cover a short run, but lay-flat duct is a consumable and most operators keep a roll on the van.
The duct ring is 10 inch (254 mm), so the kit takes 16 inch lay-flat ducting. Sixteen inches is the flat width — it opens to a circle of roughly 10 inches, which is what goes over the ring. The stocked CCW roll in that size is:
- Phoenix Layflat Ducting 250 mm x 75 m, 6 mil — 250 mm round, Phoenix part 4024935
Important — the 355 mm and 300 mm rolls will not fit
CCW's Layflat Duct 355 mm x 152 m and Layflat Duct 300 mm x 362 m are sized by flat width, not diameter. They open to about 225 mm and 200 mm respectively — both smaller than the 254 mm duct ring, so neither will go over it. Match the duct to the ring, not to the number that sounds biggest.
Operating advice
Ducting costs you capacity. Every metre of duct and every bend adds static pressure, and a dehumidifier working against static pressure moves less air and removes less water. Keep the run as short and as straight as the job allows.
Support long runs. Lay-flat duct sags, and a sagging duct kinks. A kinked duct can cut delivery to almost nothing while the machine sounds exactly the same — check the duct before you blame the dehumidifier.
This ducts the process air out, not the return air in. The BD2500 still draws its process air from the space it is standing in, so where you put the machine still decides what it is drying. Ducting moves the discharge; it does not move the intake.
Treat used duct as a consumable. Duct pulled out of a Category 3 loss, a fire job or a mould containment does not go back on the roll.

What size ducting does it take?
16 inch lay-flat, which opens to a 10 inch (254 mm) circle to match the supplied duct ring. In the CCW range that is the Phoenix 250 mm roll.
Is there enough ducting in the kit to do a job?
Two 10 ft (3 m) lengths, and they are reusable on clean work. Enough for a short run off the machine; order a roll and cut to length for anything further.
Can I fit it myself?
Yes. Four fasteners and a Phillips screwdriver, about a minute. The ring mounts with the supplied hardware and can be taken off again if you want the machine back to free-blowing.
Does it fit any other dehumidifier?
Dri-Eaz list it for the Revolution LGR (BD2500) and the PHD200. It is not a universal fitting — ask us before assuming it will suit another machine.
