The Delmhorst PC Kit enables you to download stored readings from the meter to a PC via infrared linking.
This software will enable you to:
- Export job data to Excel.
- Customise printing options.
- View readings and stats in the application programme.
- Save and print individual or group job readings.
- Customise job title.
- View data in Fahrenheit or Celsius.
- Append notes to each job.
- Generate a graphical histogram.
All these features are provided in an easy-to-use to use GUI interface, and are compatible with Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP/Vista/7/8/10.
Note: The software required for your computer can be downloaded from the Delmhorst website.
The PC/KIT is included in several of our moisture meter packages or may be ordered separately.
It can be used with the Moisture Check, Navigator Pro, RDM-3, RDM-3P, and Total Check moisture meters.
Frequently asked questions
Which meters does it work with?
Meters with infrared linking and stored readings — the Navigator Pro, TotalCheck, RDM-3, RDM-3P and Moisture Check. Meters without storage have nothing to download. If your meter is a current 30-series with Bluetooth, use the Delmhorst EDGE app instead.
Do I still need this if my meter has Bluetooth?
No. The BDX-30, JX-30, PX-30 and JLX-30 export through the EDGE app over Bluetooth. The PC Kit is for the earlier infrared generation.
Where does the software come from?
Downloaded from the Delmhorst website. The kit supplies the hardware link; the application is a free download, so you are not stranded if the disc is lost.
What does it actually produce?
Job data exported to Excel, readings and statistics on screen, individual or grouped job printing, notes appended per job, and a graphical histogram. On insurance work that is the difference between a claim supported by records and one supported by recollection.
