Fitting and Care
- Release tank pressure before removing the old wand.
- Check the washer or seal at each joint and replace it if flattened or cracked.
- Tighten by hand plus a small nip. Brass threads strip if over-tightened.
- Flush the wand with clean water after each day's use, especially after solvent or acid products.

Why brass instead of plastic?
Brass resists the solvents and many of the chemicals used in pre-spray and spotting work, and does not become brittle in the sun.
Does it come with a nozzle?
Chapin describes this part as the extension wand. Reuse the nozzle from your existing wand if it is in good condition, or ask CCW for a replacement to suit your sprayer.
