PVC flexible duct hose for Razorback MaxxGuard HEPA 550 air scrubbers (RBR-MG550 and RBR-MD550UV). It connects to the inlet side of the machine so the scrubber can draw air from a specific area — a containment, a room or a cavity — rather than from wherever it happens to be standing.

This part is for the Razorback MaxxGuard 550 and 550UV. CCW supplies spare parts to keep existing machines in service. Check the model plate on your machine before ordering, or contact CCW with the model and we will confirm the fit.

Why the inlet duct needs a wire helix
Ducting on the inlet side of an air scrubber is under suction. Plain layflat collapses under suction; the steel helix holds the duct open so the machine keeps its airflow.
Using it well
- Keep the run as short and straight as the job allows. Every bend and every extra metre costs airflow.
- Secure both ends with the clamps and check for gaps — an inlet duct that leaks at the machine draws room air instead of air from where you placed the duct.
- Do not stretch it past its working length or crush it under equipment.
- After a mould or sewage job, clean and dry the duct before it goes back in the van, or treat it as contaminated.
