The Hypro 3430-0506 kit replaces the valves in Hypro PowerLine Plus 2220B-series plunger pumps. CCW supplies it as a genuine Hypro OEM replacement kit, OEM part #3430-0506, designed specifically for Hypro 2220B Series pumps.
Important: Valve Kit or Seal Kit?
This listing was previously titled "Water Seal Kit" and described as a set of water seals. That was wrong. Hypro's PowerLine Plus parts list (Form L-0500PL) identifies 3430-0506 as the valve kit: four valve assemblies and four O-rings. It does not contain plunger seals.

Fitting the Valves
Summarised from Hypro's manual. Follow the manual for your pump.
- Isolate the machine and release all pressure from the pump and lines.
- Remove the valve cap.
- Remove the valve assembly from the head with needle-nose pliers.
- Remove the O-ring from below the valve assembly and the O-ring from the valve cap.
- Inspect the valve seats and ports for rust, wear, pitting and debris.
- Reassemble in reverse order with the new valve assemblies and O-rings.
- Torque the valve cap to 60 ft·lb (approx. 81 N·m), Hypro's figure for the 2200B-P series.
Replace all four valves at the same service. A new valve beside three worn ones leaves the pump still losing pressure.

No. A leak from the weep holes means worn plunger seals. You need the 3430-0501 plunger seal kit, not this valve kit.
Do I need to replace all four valves?

Does it fit the Hypro 2230B-P?
Yes. Hypro lists the same valve kit for the 2220B-P, 2221B-P, 2230B-P and 2231B-P.
Are there enough O-rings for the valve caps?
Hypro lists four O-rings in the kit. The manual refers to an O-ring below each valve and one in each valve cap. If you want spare cap O-rings on hand, ask us before you strip the head.
Does the kit raise the pump's temperature rating?
No. The pump is rated to 160 °F (approx. 71 °C) liquid temperature by Hypro, regardless of which kit is fitted.
