Product Overview
Plunger assembly for the Hydro-Force AS05 2 quart (1.9 litre) hand sprayer, older pattern.
Important — Older Pattern
CCW stocks this as the older-pattern plunger assembly. There is a current AS05S variant of the sprayer in circulation, and we have not been able to establish from the manufacturer's documentation what changed between them or how to tell the two apart from the outside.
The AS05 sprayer is a rebadged Impact 7500, which is worth knowing if you are looking for parts or diagrams elsewhere — the Impact documentation describes the same machine.
There is a reference image on this listing showing the older pattern. Compare it against yours before ordering. If you are still unsure, send us a photo of your pump — it takes a minute and it is the difference between a part that fits and a part that goes back.
About the AS05
The AS05 is the small hand sprayer in the Hydro-Force range — a 2 quart bottle with a metal pump rod, used for spotting, small prespray jobs and anywhere a 12 litre sprayer is more than the job needs.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if mine is the older pattern?
We cannot give you a reliable rule, because the manufacturer has not published one. Send us a photo of the pump and we will identify it.
What is the AS05S?
A current variant of the same sprayer. What changed is not documented anywhere we can find — we have asked the supplier.
Is there a repair kit instead?
A repair kit for the AS05 exists upstream. If your pump needs seals rather than the whole plunger, contact us and we will look at sourcing it.
Can I use a generic plunger?
No. It is a matched assembly in a small pump — a generic substitute will not seal.

What We See in the Field
Hand-sprayer plungers usually become hard work before they stop completely. If pumping suddenly takes more strokes or the handle no longer builds pressure smoothly, inspect the cup and barrel instead of forcing it harder.
Send us a photo of your AS05 pump before ordering and we will confirm you are getting the right plunger.
