Rebuild rather than replace
A plunger pump is a machined body with consumable seals, valves and O-rings inside it. Those consumables are what fail; the body outlives them many times over. A pump that has lost pressure or started pulsing is almost always telling you the valves or the seals are done, not that the pump is finished.
A rebuild kit and an hour on the bench is a fraction of the price of a pump, and it keeps the machine earning.
Buna O-rings — check your chemistry
This kit is supplied with Buna (nitrile) O-rings. Buna handles water and most general cleaning chemistry well and does not suit some solvents. If you run solvent-based products through the pump, tell us before ordering and we will check whether a Viton-sealed kit is available for your pump.
Pump part numbers vary by pump series and by the machine they were fitted to. Tell us the pump model, or the machine and its serial number, and we will confirm the part before you order.
