The Hydro-Coil solution hose from Hydro-Force is built for demanding high-temperature, high-pressure truckmount work. It is a steel-braid hose with a tough, non-marking outer shell: very durable but still flexible and manoeuvrable. It is rated at 3,000 psi and 121 °C. This 15 m section has protector sleeves on both ends and male pipe ends. Quick connects are not included.
Hydro-Coil or ContiTech?
CCW also lists the ContiTech Neptune 3000 solution hose, 15 m, blue, 3,000 psi (AH79A-15). They are different hoses with the same length, colour and pressure rating. The Hydro-Coil is Hydro-Force's steel-braid hose with a non-marking outer shell.
Accessories You May Need
- Female quick connect, 1/4 in
- Male quick connect, 1/4 in
- Heavy-duty ball valve, 1/4 in
- Safe Connect, black
Care
Do not kink or drive over solution hose. Check the ends and protector sleeves regularly; a hose that has been kinked or abraded through to the braid should be replaced, because a high-pressure, high-temperature failure can scald. Blow the hose out or drain it before storage in cold weather.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are quick connects included?
No. Add the female and male quick connects listed above.
Will it suit my truckmount?
At 3,000 psi and 121 °C it suits high-temperature, high-pressure truckmounts. Check your machine's maximum pressure and temperature.
Can I join two lengths?
Yes, with quick connects. Each join is a small pressure drop and a potential leak point, so use the fewest joins you can.
Tell us your machine and the fittings on your existing hose, and we will confirm the right hose before you order.
