Overview
Vacuum gauge, 2 1/16 inch, reading 10–30 inches of mercury. HydraMaster part number 000-074-006, listed in the parts list simply as Gauge, Vacuum.
Vacuum readings are the fastest diagnostic a truckmount operator has. A reading that climbs above normal points to a blockage or a closed valve downstream; one that falls away points to a leak — a lid gasket, a hose cuff, or a filter left out after a service.
Where it is fitted
- Instrument panel assembly — 1 per machine
- Mounted alongside the high-pressure gauge 000-074-003 and the temperature sender 000-149-002
Reading it
Note the normal figure for your machine and hose length when everything is known-good. The gauge is far more useful as a comparison against a known baseline than as an absolute number.

CCW part codes are the HydraMaster part number with the 000- prefix removed — this item is HydraMaster P/N 000-074-006.
