Adapter gasket for the HydraMaster Universal Recovery Tank, listed as Gasket, Adapter — Universal Recovery Tank.
It seals the tank to the 2.5 inch blower hose adapter. A hardened or split gasket leaks air at the tank rather than at the hose, so the symptom is lost vacuum at the wand with nothing obviously wrong at either end.
