Regular price $48.57 Sale price $28.16

AerisGuard™ Bioactive Multi-Enzyme Coil Cleaner is a professional-grade, concentrated enzymatic cleaning solution specifically formulated for HVAC and refrigeration evaporator coils. Using a synergistic blend of proteases, lipases, cellulases, and amylases, it actively digests and removes organic matter, including biofilm, grease, dust, microbial residues, and other contaminants that commonly accumulate on coil surfaces. This enzymatic action restores optimal heat exchange, improves airflow, and maximises system efficiency while preparing surfaces for subsequent protective treatments.

Key Features & Benefits

  • Targeted Biofilm Removal — The multi-enzyme formulation penetrates and digests complex organic deposits, including mould, bacteria, fungi, and biofilm, achieving a deep clean that conventional cleaners cannot match.

  • Non-Corrosive & Coil-Safe — pH-neutral and non-caustic, it is safe for all metal coil types, including aluminium and copper, preventing corrosion or surface damage even with repeated applications.

  • Environmentally Responsible — Fully biodegradable and non-toxic, the cleaner can be safely rinsed without harming the environment.

  • Enhances System Performance — Removal of buildup restores heat transfer efficiency, reduces fan load, and can lower energy consumption while improving indoor air quality.

  • Prepares Coils for Long-Term Protection — By removing residual contaminants, it ensures that subsequent bioactive protective treatments adhere effectively and function optimally for up to 12 months.

Typical Applications

  • Cleaning evaporator coils in commercial, industrial, and residential HVAC systems.

  • Servicing refrigeration coils in cold rooms, chillers, and food storage equipment.

  • Part of regular maintenance schedules to prevent microbial growth, biofilm accumulation, and efficiency losses.

  • Preparation step before applying bioactive coil protection treatments.

Application Instructions

  1. Dilution: Mix the concentrate with warm water according to recommended dilution ratios (typically 20:1).

  2. Application: Apply the solution uniformly using a spray, ensuring full coverage of all coil surfaces. Start from the top and work downwards to facilitate thorough penetration between fins.

  3. Dwell Time: Allow 15–20 minutes (or longer for heavily soiled coils) for enzymatic action to break down organic deposits.

  4. Rinse/Flush: Remove loosened debris and residual cleaner as required.

  5. Step 2 – Protective Treatment: Once coils are clean and dry, apply AerisGuard Coil Treatment to establish a durable bioactive barrier that inhibits mould, bacteria, and biofilm regrowth for up to 12 months.
