Overview
Adapter gasket for the HydraMaster Universal Recovery Tank, listed as Gasket, Adapter — URT.
It seals the tank to the 2.5 inch blower hose adapter. A hardened or split gasket leaks air at the tank rather than at the hose, so the symptom is lost vacuum at the wand with nothing obviously wrong at either end.

What it fits
Named in the current parts books for the HydraMaster Boxxer 318HP, TITAN 575HP and TMTG4000, and fitted to earlier machines using the same Universal Recovery Tank.
HydraMaster calls the tank a Universal Recovery Tank (URT) in its parts books; CCW and much of the trade still call it the Airmax tank. They are the same tank.
The full cover gasket set
HydraMaster specifies a different set for each tank size. The side gasket is the part that changes, and the middle gasket quantity changes with it.

Frequently asked questions
How many do I need?
One on a 70 gallon tank, two on a 100 gallon tank.
I have lost vacuum but the hoses are sound. Could it be this?
It is worth checking. A leak at the tank adapter presents exactly like a worn hose cuff or a poor wand connection, and it is cheaper to eliminate first.
Should I replace it with the other cover gaskets?
Yes. If the cover is off for tank service, replacing the whole set is the sensible job.

Quantity differs between machines. The Boxxer 318HP parts book shows one adapter gasket on a 70 gallon tank and two on a 100 gallon; the TITAN 425 book shows two on both. Count what is on your tank, or send us the model and serial number.
