Quantity follows the cover, not the machine. A one-port cover takes one elbow; a two-port cover takes two. The 70 gallon URT cover is listed as 1 port and the 100 gallon as 2 port, so check the cover in front of you rather than assuming from tank size.

How many do I need?
One per port on the recovery tank cover. Count the ports.
Does it fit both the 70 and 100 gallon tanks?
Yes. The elbow is common to both; only the number of ports changes.
Should I replace the bulkhead gasket at the same time?
Yes. Once disturbed, a compressed bulkhead gasket will not seal reliably again, and it is a low-cost item.
