The Injectidry HC-125 joins 1.25 inch hose to the push-to-connect fittings of the Injectidry HP system — the point where the manifold work meets flexible hose.

Injectidry lists the HC-125 as a "1.25 inch Push to Connect Hose Connector for use with HP products". The HP-PLUS manual calls the same part a "1.25 inch Quick Connect – Hose Connector" and supplies four in the floor drying package and more in the active hoseline packs.
Where the system meets the hose
This is the transition between the rigid push-to-connect manifold work and flexible hose line. It is also a common leak point, because the barb relies on the hose gripping it and hose relaxes with heat and age.
If the system is not pulling as it should, check the barbed joints before you suspect the blower.
HP only — not Direct-It
The HC-125 belongs to the Injectidry HP system. Direct-It runs its own 1.25 inch hose with a different cuff and penetrator — for that system see the Direct-It hose cuff (HC1). The two are not interchangeable.
Fitting Advice
- Cut the hose end square and clean. A ragged end is where leaks start.
- Push the hose fully onto the barb.
- Push the connector fully home in the push-to-connect port until it seats.
- With the blower running, feel and listen along the joint. A hissing joint is drawing room air instead of cavity air.
- Recheck barbed joints on long jobs — hose relaxes with heat and age.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why does CCW sell these individually?
Injectidry packs the HC-125 in tens. CCW sells them each so a single failed joint can be replaced without buying a pack.
Will it fit Direct-It hose?
No. Direct-It uses the HC1 hose cuff on its own 1.25 inch hose. Use the HC-125 on HP systems only.
How do I know a joint is leaking?
Poor draw at the panels or injectors with the blower running normally. Check joints and capped ports first — an open or leaking connection is a far more common cause than a blower fault.
