WITH ACCOMPANYING BLUETOOTH APP
The Tramex CCIK is the complete kit for instant, non-destructive, quantitative moisture content testing of concrete floors and ambient conditions and is the ideal non-destructive test kit for monitoring the most crucial information at the time of application.
The Tramex CMEX5 digital moisture meter allows for non-destructive quantitative testing of concrete using Gravimetric testing as a baseline and comparative testing per ASTM F2659.
Non-destructive testing of the top 20mm (¾”) of the slab is most critical when applying coatings. An infrared surface thermometer gives surface temperature and dew point conditions used in conjunction with the Tramex CMEX5 built-in hygrometer.
The Tramex Concrete Coatings Inspector Kit comes with an extension handle in a heavy-duty Tramex travel case.
Bluetooth connectivity to the Tramex Meters App allows for visualization of readings and data reporting to mobile devices, to GeoTag test results, create, save and share photos, reports and charts, as well as see your meter screen on your phone when extending to hard to reach places.

Why an infrared thermometer in a coatings kit
Coating failures are usually condensation failures. Surface temperature against ambient dew point decides whether a slab can be coated that day, and the infrared thermometer is what gives you the surface figure. Moisture content alone does not answer the question.

Frequently asked questions
CCIK or CCTK?
The CCIK is built on the digital CMEX5 with an infrared thermometer – an inspector's kit for assessing slabs before coating. The CCTK pairs the analogue CME5 with a DL-RHTA datalogger and a contact temperature probe, aimed at installers logging conditions across a job.
Does it include RH probes for ASTM F2170?
No. Add the AP-F2170-B pack or individual probes, cable and liners.
