Each wheel is retained by a 5/16 inch × 1 inch bolt — 10-0387, also two per machine.
Replace them in pairs
Both wheels carry the same load over the same distance. If one bearing has gone, the other is not far behind, and a spotter running on one good wheel and one rough one pulls to the side — which the operator compensates for by dragging the machine, which wears the good wheel faster.
Order two, and the two bolts with them.
Why wheels matter more on a spotter than they look
A spotting extractor is dragged behind the operator all day, over carpet, thresholds, tiles and stairs. The wheels are the only thing between the machine's base and a customer's floor.
A seized or missing wheel means the machine is being dragged on its base plate — and a base plate dragged across a polished timber floor or vinyl leaves marks that become a claim. That is the real argument for replacing wheels early.
Check them for embedded grit as well as for wear. A wheel with a stone pressed into the tread is a scratch waiting to happen.
Sandia's stated warranty on this machine
From the manual: lifetime on moulded components, five years on the vacuum motor, five years on the pump, and five years on all electrical components. That is the manufacturer's stated position — check with us before assuming a part is covered, because normal wear items and damage from neglect or abuse are excluded.

Order the wheels and bolts together — replacing a wheel and reusing a worn bolt is a job you do twice.
