Zipwall
ZipWall exists because taping plastic to a ceiling does not hold. A spring-loaded pole system goes up in minutes, seals under negative pressure, and comes down without damaging the customer's paint — which is the whole argument on an occupied site.
CCW carries the system in depth, including the sealing components that decide whether a barrier actually holds.
It includes 2-pack and 4-pack spring-loaded poles with grip disks, the room kit and the zip-and-seal pack; the standard ZipDoor and standard and premium zippers; tight-seal 1200 mm foam rails with T-clips and the side-seal kit and clamps; grip disks and carry bag; Protecta-Sheet containment sheeting in 2 m x 100 m at 100 µm and 10 m x 4 m at 80 µm; and 300 mm layflat ducting on a 100 m roll for 200 mm outlets.
How to choose
Poles hold best in the middle of their range. A pole at full extension holds less pressure than one part-extended. Check your worst ceiling height, not your average.
The edges decide containment, not the span. Foam rails, side-seal clamps and T-clips seal where the barrier meets ceiling and wall. That is where barriers fail under negative pressure.
Premium zippers where the barrier gets used. If crews are in and out all day, standard zippers become a daily re-tape. A ZipDoor solves it properly.
Sheeting thickness is a job decision. 100 µm stands up to traffic and reuse; 80 µm is lighter and easier over awkward shapes. Both are here for that reason.
