Razorback is CCW's own supported range — machines, chemistry and the spares to keep both running, backed here rather than through an overseas parts queue. For an operator, that usually matters more than any single specification.

The range covers portable extractors, spot extraction, air scrubbing, inline heat and a full chemistry line, with the Razorback Sandia machines alongside.

Equipment includes the SPOTX 3Gal heated spot extractor with hoses and tools, the MaxxGuard 550 and 550UV air scrubbers with HEPA and activated carbon filters, and the Heat-Mate inline heater. Chemistry covers BioShot UHT enzyme powder with CitraBoost, PowerShot UHT prespray, e-Rinse EFR emulsifying fibre rinse, SnapShot Extra encapsulation and bonnet cleaner, CitraBoost booster and spotter, OxyBoost, FibrePro and the Big Lemon and Big Blue deodorisers. Spares run to vacuum motor gaskets and mounts, rocker switches, dump valve gaskets, filter bags, pneumatic wheels and gate valves.

How to choose

Encapsulation or extraction is a maintenance-cycle decision. SnapShot Extra suits interim commercial maintenance where downtime is limited. Extraction with a prespray and rinse is the restorative clean. Selling one as the other is where commercial contracts go wrong.

Match prespray to soil type, then to fibre. BioShot is an enzyme powder for protein and organic soil; PowerShot UHT is the general heavy-duty option. Both need the right rinse behind them.

Air scrubber filters are staged. The pre-filter protects the HEPA. Running without it, or past its life, is what turns a cheap filter change into an expensive one.

Inline heat has a flow ceiling. A heater raises temperature at a given flow rate. Pushing more flow through it than it is rated for gives you neither heat nor pressure.
