What the parts list says
Phoenix's R150 50 Hz service parts list names it as Coupling Insert, 1/4" Tube, one fitted — paired with coupling body 4024910 and 1/4 inch ID × 10 m hose 4024916.
Important — do not confuse the two inserts
Phoenix use two different inserts with the same coupling body:
- 4027277 — R150 parts list, 1/4 inch tube (this part)
- 4023080 — 250MAX parts list, 0.38 tube
CCW's records list both against the R150 and the 250MAX, but Phoenix's own parts lists separate them. Measure the tube on your hose, or take the old insert off and compare, before you order. Send us a photo if you are unsure.
The R200 uses a different pair again — body 4026306 and insert 4026986. None of the three families interchange.

Operating advice
Check the O-ring first when a coupling starts to drip. That is the fault far more often than a worn body or insert.
Keep the coupling clipped together or capped when not in use — grit dragged off a wet floor into the seal is the usual cause of a leak on a restoration job.
A condensate coupling that leaks is not a cosmetic problem. On a drying job you are metering water out of a structure, and water going onto the floor instead of into the drain is water you have to remove again.
