What the sleeve does
It protects the tube finish where the wand is gripped and set down, and it gives the operator a consistent grip point on a tube that is otherwise hot and slippery when wet. On a stainless wand it also keeps the contact area from polishing to a mirror, which is where slips start.
Fitment
Sized for 1.5 inch tube. Measure the outside diameter of your wand tube before ordering — 1.5 inch and 1.25 inch tube are both common and the sleeve will not stretch to cover the difference.
