This part number does not appear in the Guardian R Pro 50 Hz service parts list we hold, which names the pleated pre-filter (4031877), the HEPA filter (4031864), the HEPA hold-down clip (4031863), the impeller fan (4033857), the speed control (4032143), the cord (4028265), the run capacitor (4027315) and the 10 inch lay-flat duct collar ring (4031861).
CCW's own record identifies it as the round filter cover for the Guardian R. We are recording that as CCW knowledge rather than as manufacturer-confirmed fitment, because that is what it is.

Why a filter cover matters
A filter cover is not trim. On an air scrubber its job is to hold the filter against its seat and force all the airflow through the media rather than around it.
A cover that is missing, cracked or no longer clamping properly produces a machine that looks like it is working and is not: air takes the path of least resistance around the filter edge, and the HEPA stage is effectively bypassed. On a job where you are scrubbing for a reason — mould remediation, fire work, a sensitive occupant — that is a real failure, and an invisible one.
If you are running scrubbers on remediation work where the filtration is part of what you are certifying, a damaged cover is worth replacing immediately rather than at the next service.
