Phoenix Coupling Insert Threaded R200 Base

Regular price $34.85

Overview

Phoenix threaded coupling insert for the R200 dehumidifier base. Phoenix part number 4026307.

CCW's record describes it as the threaded insert at the R200 base — that is, the fitting that screws into the machine rather than the one that goes onto the hose.

What we can and cannot verify

This part number does not appear in the Phoenix R200 parts lists we hold (the 50 Hz service parts list or the R200 manual), both of which name coupling body 4026306 and coupling insert 4026986.

The most likely reading — that 4026307 is the threaded machine-side fitting the coupling body screws onto — is consistent with the part numbering and with CCW's own description, but we have not confirmed it from a Phoenix document and we are not going to state it as fact.

Tell us which fitting has failed before you order and we will confirm. We have this item on our list for supplier clarification and this page will be updated when we have an answer.

The R200 condensate coupling

The parts Phoenix do name for the R200 drain line are:

  • 4026306 — Coupling Body, 1/4" Tube (item 11)
  • 4026986 — Coupling Insert, 1/4" Tube (item 12)
  • 4024916 — hose, 1/4 inch ID × 10 m

None of these interchange with the R150 or 250MAX coupling parts.

Fitting advice

If the fitting threads into the machine housing, do not over-tighten it. Cross-threading or splitting a plastic boss on a dehumidifier base turns a small part into a housing repair.

Check the seal or thread sealant arrangement on the old fitting before you remove it, and reproduce it.

Frequently asked questions

Which end of the coupling is this?

CCW's record says the base — the machine side. We have not been able to confirm this from a Phoenix parts list. Send us a photo and we will identify it.

Will it fit an R150 or 250MAX?

Not on the evidence we hold. Those machines use a different coupling family.

Why is this page uncertain?

Because the part number does not appear in the Phoenix documentation we hold. We would rather tell you that than guess.

Send us a photo of the fitting you are replacing and we will identify the correct part before you order.
