Overview

What the parts list says
Named in both the R200 50 Hz parts list and the Phoenix R200 manual as item 12, Coupling Insert, 1/4" Tube, one fitted. It pairs with:
- 4026306 — Coupling Body, 1/4" Tube (item 11)
- 4024916 — condensate hose, 1/4 inch ID × 10 m
Important — the R200 coupling is not the R150 or 250MAX coupling
- R200 — insert 4026986, body 4026306
- R150 — insert 4027277, body 4024910
- 250MAX — insert 4023080, body 4024910
They do not interchange. Check the machine before you order.

Operating advice
Check the O-ring first when a coupling drips. It is the usual cause.
Keep the insert coupled or capped between jobs — grit dragged into the seal off a wet floor is what ends these.
Do not force an insert from another Phoenix machine into an R200 body. It will feel close to engaging and it will damage the seal.
