How the HP system works
Injectidry HP is a negative-pressure wall drying system. A blower pulls air out of a wall cavity through a manifold and a set of hose lines; injectors let replacement air in through small holes drilled in the lining. Air moves through the cavity rather than past it, which is the only way to dry a wall without opening it up.
Everything in the range is about maintaining that airflow path. A leak anywhere in the manifold, a capped port left open, or a blocked injector, and the system draws the easy air instead of the air you need moved.
Where the injectors go
Injectors are inserted into small holes drilled through the lining into the cavity. They are the controlled inlets — the air the blower removes has to come back in somewhere, and injectors decide where.
Placement is the skill. Injectors low with extraction high moves air up through the wet zone; injectors scattered without a plan just short-circuits the airflow across the nearest few. Think about the path, not the count.
Document the holes
You are drilling a customer’s wall. Photograph the locations before and after, agree the make-good with the customer in advance, and record it. This is the single most common source of dispute on cavity drying, and it is entirely avoidable with a photograph and a conversation.
Injectidry parts are system-specific — HP and Direct-It use different connections. Tell us which system you run and we will confirm the part before you order.
