Caps are not optional
A negative pressure system draws through whatever path is easiest. An uncapped port is a wide-open hole next to the blower, and the system will happily move room air through it all night while the wall cavity stays wet. The drying log will show a machine that ran; the moisture readings will show nothing happened.
Cap every port you are not using, every time. It is the single most common reason an HP setup underperforms.
Injectidry parts are system-specific — HP and Direct-It use different connections. Tell us which system you run and we will confirm the part before you order.
