A wand delivering concentrated chemical needs a body that will not be attacked by it. Polyurethane handles a wide chemical range and survives being dropped, which a rigid plastic tube does not.
Control is the point
High-volume chemical application in a plant or a wash bay is about putting product where it is needed and nowhere else. A spray tip on a controllable wand gives you angle and flow at the operator’s hand rather than at the machine.
Match it to the injector
This wand is used with the DEMA 925. Chemical proportioning systems meter to a specific flow, so substituting a wand or tip with a different orifice changes the dilution the system delivers. Tell us your setup before you change tips.
