Product Overview
The Extech MO290-RK is a water damage restoration contractor kit. It pairs the MO290 moisture meter and psychrometer with the probes you need under skirting boards, between walls and in timber and plywood subfloors, plus a USB humidity and temperature datalogger for GPP records.

The MO290 Meter
- Monitors moisture in wood and building materials with virtually no surface damage (pinless).
- Contact moisture readings with the included probes.
- Infrared thermometer with laser pointer for non-contact surface temperature.
- Built-in RH/temperature probe with GPP, dew point and vapour pressure.
The RHT10 Datalogger
- Logs 16,000 RH and 16,000 temperature readings.
- User-programmable sampling rate and alarm thresholds.
- USB set-up and download with the included software.
Why a Kit
Drying is proven with records. The meter tells you where the water is and when a material has dried; the datalogger shows the drying conditions over time. Together they give you the moisture map and the psychrometric history an insurer or builder will ask for.
