A chemical-resistant Canyon replacement trigger for professional spray bottles. It has a 28/400 closure, a 225 mm dip tube and a 0.4 mm nozzle orifice, and suits 500 ml, 750 ml and 1 litre bottles.
Use it to put a spotter or pre-spray bottle back into service when the original trigger has failed, or to fit a chemical-resistant trigger to a bottle that came with a standard one.
Why a Chemical-Resistant Trigger
A standard household trigger does not last on professional chemistry. Solvent spotters and strong pre-sprays attack the seals and spring, and the trigger either leaks down the bottle or stops atomising. A chemical-resistant trigger is what makes a bottle usable with the spotting range rather than with water only.

Check the thread before you order
28/400 is a common closure size and it is not the only one. A trigger that does not match the neck will either not seal or will cross-thread — measure or send us a photograph of the bottle neck if you are unsure.
Dip tube length matters
A 225 mm tube reaches the bottom of a tall bottle. In a short bottle the excess coils and can kink; trim it square to length rather than leaving it bent, or the last 100 ml never gets sprayed.
Looking After It
- Flush the trigger with clean water when you change chemistry, so two products never meet inside the pump.
- Do not leave solvent sitting in the trigger between jobs longer than it needs to.
- Label every bottle with the product name and the hazard information from the Safety Data Sheet. Never decant into a container that held something else without cleaning and relabelling it.
