What is IN THE BOX Package Pricing?
IN THE BOX is just that: the package includes what is shipped as a standard package 
from the manufacturer in the box, plus all on costs such as, import freight by sea, transit insurance, customs, duty, handling charges and GST required to land your truckmount in Australia.

IN THE BOX Package includes: Machine Power Console, Vacuum Recovery Tank, 1.5 inch 2 jet Stainless Steel Cleaning Wand, 2 x 15 Metres Premium 2 Inch Vacuum Hose in cuffs and joiners, 2 x 15 Meters Premium High Pressure Solution Hose Inc. quick connects, 3 Meters 1.5 Inch Wand Whip Hose, 3 Meters 1.5 Inch Waste Dump Hose, 20 Litre Chemical Jug, Battery Box (battery not included), 15 Meters Water Supply Hose, Fresh water hook up, Installation and bolt down kit, Installation instructions, User manual, Import freight by sea, Transit insurance, Customs clearance, Duty, Handling charges and GST.
Can I Add to or Change the IN THE BOX package?
You can adapt the package to your requirements. Each package is ordered, packed and shipped to meet the purchasers requirements... Upgrade your wand, upgrade to a larger recovery tank, add an auto pump out, hose reel, upholstery tool, additional accessories and even cleaning solutions can be added to the package at a considerable discount to our regular pricing.
Installation:
Installation is not included for IN THE BOX pricing. We are happy to provide you with a competitive quotation for installation of your IN THE BOX Package, fit out of your vehicle and for additional options and accessories. Two hours equipment operation training and a warranty "sign off" inspection is also included at Carpet Cleaners Warehouse in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne, or one of our authorised service centres.
Self Installation: * Warranty Conditions Apply
The purchaser can elect to install the machinery into a vehicle themselves however seeking assistance from our experienced installation team is highly recommended to guide the process and ensure there are no problems that will invalidate the warranty. This assistance is available by phone or in person by appointment at Carpet Cleaners Warehouse in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne, or one of our authorised service centres.
Local Freight & Handling:
Freight and handling charges to your location once the box has landed in Australia is not included in the price. Freight is ex Carpet Cleaners Warehouse Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne depending on where your shipment is landed. We are happy to provide a quote from one of our regular freight carriers. If you are self installing the equipment you must be able to accept the delivery and store the equipment. You must have access to a forklift with a capacity that exceeds the weight of the equipment.
Warranty Conditions:
Conditions apply to activate your warranty. All installations need to have a formal inspection, training and sign off process completed and documented prior to the warranty being registered with the manufacturer. This service is provided free of charge at Carpet Cleaners Warehouse in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne, or one of our authorised service centres.
If the purchaser chooses not to bring a self installed machine to one of our authorised service centres for the "Sign Off" we are happy to arrange for a technician to travel and conduct the service at any location for a fee of $297 Inc. GST plus any travel costs.
If formal inspection training and sign off is not completed before the machine is put into service, your eligibility for subsequent warranty claims is not guaranteed. All other warranty considerations are as per the manufacturers warranty. Please make yourself familiar with your warranty. Details are provided in your owners manual or upon request.
Warranty is back-to-base warranty. This means that to have a repair assessed for warranty eligibility or for repairs to be conducted under warranty the equipment or faulty part(s) must be returned to at Carpet Cleaners Warehouse in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne, or one of our authorised service centres at the purchaser's expense. Alternatively the additional costs of sending appropriate service technician out to site is at the purchasers expense.
