Product Overview
The internal replacement valve for the MV910 plastic spray gun (NA0820A).
The gun itself is rated 1,850 PSI and 5 GPM at up to 80 degrees C, with 1/4 inch male in and 1/4 inch female out. It is fitted to older Hydro-Force AS08 and AS08R injection sprayers and AS18 and AS23 solvent sprayers, and is the original priming valve on some Mytee and Ninja machines.
Repair or Replace? Talk to Us First
We would rather have this conversation than take the order.
The MV910 gun has been superseded by the factory, and on a discontinued gun there is a point at which servicing the valve stops making sense against fitting a current replacement.
Before ordering this valve, contact us with the machine and the fault. Depending on what has failed and what your sprayer is, replacing the gun may be both cheaper and a better long-term answer than rebuilding a superseded one.
What Fails, and How to Tell
A gun that will not shut off cleanly, or that weeps past the trigger under pressure, is almost always a valve problem rather than a body problem. A gun that leaks at the inlet or outlet fitting is usually a thread or O-ring issue and does not need a valve at all.
Check which you have before you order — they look similar from the operator's end and they are very different repairs.

Frequently Asked Questions
Should I repair or replace the gun?
Talk to us. The gun is superseded, and on a discontinued item a rebuild is not always the sensible spend.
How do I know it is the valve?
Trigger will not shut off, or weeps past the trigger under pressure. Leaks at the fittings are a different fault.
Which machines use this gun?
Older Hydro-Force AS08 and AS08R injection sprayers, AS18 and AS23 solvent sprayers, and as a priming valve on some Mytee and Ninja machines.

What We See in the Field
"It won't shut off properly." Make sure the seat and bore are clean during the rebuild; grit left behind can mark a new valve straight away. Pressure-test the gun safely after assembly before putting it back into daily service.
Before ordering this valve, tell us the machine and the fault — replacing the gun may be the better answer.
